Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy:
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning it with company objectives and market trends.

Market Research:
Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for product improvement and new features.

Product Development:
Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch analysis.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

User Experience:
Advocate for the user experience, conducting user testing and gathering feedback to inform product iterations.

Performance Tracking:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs)



and metrics to assess product performance and inform future development.

Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure all products meet relevant regulatory and compliance requirements in the fintech space.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Experience:
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or financial services.

Skills:
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working with development teams; understanding of financial products and technologies.

Customer-Centric Mindset:
Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and understanding customer needs.
