Candidates should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education / D.Ed / NTT or equivalent
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and patient approach towards young children
- Creativity and enthusiasm for activity-based learning
- Previous teaching experience will be an added advantage
