Role Description

The Service Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kochi,
The role involves overseeing service delivery operations, coordinating with clients to understand requirements, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests and incidents. The Service Manager will manage and guide service teams, allocate resources, monitor performance against service-level agreements, and maintain documentation for ongoing projects and support activities.



Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and tracking field and remote service activities, handling escalations, collaborating with sales and technical teams, and driving continuous improvement in processes and customer satisfaction. The role also requires regular reporting to leadership on service metrics, risk areas, and opportunities for operational enhancement.

Qualifications
- Strong service management and customer relationship skills, with experience overseeing end-to-end service delivery and handling escalations.
- Proficiency in coordinating technical support operations, scheduling resources, and monitoring performance against service-level agreements.
- Ability to analyze service data, prepare reports, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
