About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our B2B SaaS platform. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership to build products that solve real customer problems and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate has prior experience building B2B SaaS products, understands enterprise customer workflows, and enjoys converting customer feedback into scalable product solutions. Experience in HRTech, Workforce Management, CRM, or Field Force Management products will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap from ideation to launch.
- Conduct customer interviews to identify pain points and product opportunities.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Prioritize features based on customer impact, business goals,



and technical feasibility.
- Define success metrics and monitor product performance using analytics.
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to improve product adoption and customer retention.
- Coordinate product launches, feature rollouts, and release communication.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Continuously improve user experience through data-driven decision-making.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and managing product backlogs.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹160,000.00
