Eligibility
- M.Com with specialization in Accountancy/Taxation
- NET/SET preferred (as per applicable University/Government norms)
- Freshers with excellent academic credentials are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and student mentoring skills

Roles & Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate B.Com courses in Accounts and Taxation
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and academic records
- Mentor students and support their academic growth
- Participate in departmental, institutional, and extracurricular activities
