We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Interior Architect to join our design team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and interior design with the ability to conceptualize plan and execute high-quality interior spaces This role involves working closely with clients project managers and contractors to transform spaces while maintaining functionality safety and aesthetic appeal Key Responsibilities Design interior architectural spaces from concept through completion Develop space planning material selections and construction documentation Prepare detailed drawings floor plans elevations and 3D renderings Collaborate with clients to understand project goals budgets and timelines Ensure designs comply with building codes ADA and safety regulations Coordinate with contractors engineers and consultants throughout the project Select finishes materials lighting and furnishings as required Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is followed Use design software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or similar tools Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Interior Architecture Architecture or related field 2 years of professional experience in interior architecture or interior design Robust portfolio showcasing completed commercial and or residential projects Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit Adobe Creative Suite SketchUp and other design tools Knowledge of building systems codes and construction documentation Strong project management and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting Job Type Permanent Pay 14 532 26 - 52 312 12 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Work Location In person
