Job Title UPVC Sales Marketing Executive Department Sales Business Development Location kochi Job Type Full-Time Salary 20 000 - 25 000 per month based on experience performance Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Marketing Executive to promote and sell UPVC windows and doors The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience in the construction sector or UPVC industry with strong client-handling and field sales abilities Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate residential and commercial sectors Meet builders architects contractors and dealers to promote UPVC products Conduct site visits and understand client requirements for UPVC doors windows Generate leads follow up on inquiries and close sales deals Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide accurate sales forecasts and daily weekly reports to the manager Coordinate with the technical and production teams for quotations site measurements and deliveries Attend trade shows exhibitions or client meetings as required Requirements Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction building materials or UPVC industry Robust communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in the field Basic knowledge of UPVC products training will be provided if needed Familiarity with local market and construction trends Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred Proficiency in local language basic English and computer skills Education Minimum Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in any discipline Civil Engineering background is a plus Benefits Attractive incentives based on performance Travel allowance as per company policy Opportunities for growth within the sales team Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience marketing 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
