Job Title Quality Manager Location Rajpura Site Office Salary Negotiable About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee and implement quality assurance processes across our construction projects at the Rajpura site The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in construction quality knowledge of building materials codes and regulatory standards and the ability to ensure project delivery meets the highest safety and quality benchmarks Key Responsibilities Establish implement and monitor quality control systems across all site activities Inspect construction work materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications drawings and regulatory standards Review and interpret construction drawings BOQs and technical documents for accuracy and adherence Conduct site audits quality inspections and ensure corrective preventive actions for non-conformities Monitor material testing calibration of equipment and ensure approvals before usage Coordinate with contractors engineers and project managers to ensure quality benchmarks are achieved Develop and enforce SOPs checklists and site-specific quality plans Prepare quality reports documentation and presentations for management review Provide training to site teams on quality standards safety norms and regulatory compliance Requirements Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Experience Minimum 5 years in quality management within real estate construction or infrastructure projects Robust knowledge of IS codes NBC guidelines and construction quality standards Proficiency in reviewing construction drawings and technical specifications Hands-on experience with material testing site inspections and compliance audits Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication presentation and organizational abilities Job Type Full-time Pay 100 000 00 - 112 000 00 per month Work Location In person
