We are Hiring For Regional Sales Manager Location - Delhi Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage sales activities within the assigned region to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts in the food beverage and nutraceutical sectors Identify new business opportunities and maximize existing customer value Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions Provide technical support in collaboration with the technical and R D teams ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships Identify and pursue recent business opportunities within the region Participate in trade shows conferences and industry events to network and promote the company s product portfolio Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and contractual terms Qualification Required Skill - Bachelor s degree in business Marketing Food Science or a related field An MBA or advanced degree is a plus Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the ingredients food beverage or nutraceutical industries with at least 2 years in a leadership or regional sales management role Strong understanding of the ingredients market including trends customer needs and competitive landscape Proven track record of achieving sales targets managing key accounts and driving new business in a competitive market Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively present solutions to customers and senior management Problem-Solving Proficiency in CRM software Zoho or similar MS Office and other sales-related tools Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
