Greece and Portugal VOIS BeUnrivalled CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Scrum Lead to guide Agile teams in the effective implementation of Scrum practices This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies and a passion for coaching teams towards high performance You will play a key role in fostering Agile maturity across the organisation ensuring delivery excellence and continuous improvement What you will do Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives Act as a servant leader by removing impediments and shielding teams from distractions Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices to enhance team effectiveness Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving Partner with Project Managers to manage product backlogs and prioritise work Monitor and report team progress using Agile metrics such as story points Coordinate across multiple Scrum teams to support large-scale initiatives Who you are Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field Certified Scrum Master CSM Professional Scrum Master PSM or equivalent certification Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Scrum environments with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum Protected and Kanban Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps Excellent facilitation conflict resolution and communication skills Preferred Experience in scaled Agile environments SAFe LeSS technical project management or software development background mentoring capabilities and familiarity with DevOps practices and CI CD pipelines Exposure to the
