Project Manager EPC Solar required Bachelor s degree in Engineering Electrical Mechanical Civil preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in project management in the solar EPC sector Project Manager to lead and oversee solar EPC projects across multiple locations in India The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing ground-mounted solar projects and must be well- versed in the complete lifecycle of EPC projects - from planning to execution and handover Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of ground-mounted solar projects across Pan India Manage all phases of EPC projects including engineering procurement construction and commissioning Coordinate with internal teams vendors contractors and clients to ensure timely delivery of projects Monitor project timelines budgets quality standards and safety compliance Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans Ensure adherence to all relevant industry standards regulations and company policies Coordination with the Office Team knowledge about the Design Required Skills Qualifications Proven experience in managing ground-mounted solar projects Robust understanding of solar PV systems project planning tools and safety standards Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel and relocate as per project requirements across India Preferred Qualifications Experience working with government and private sector clients Familiarity with quality and HSE standards in solar projects BE Electrical Job Type Permanent Benefits Provident Fund
