Responsibilities A Demand Translation Receive validated demand plan from Sales Planning Coordinator Break down demand into factory-wise mould-wise and line-wise schedules Prioritize production based on lead times SKU complexity and capacity constraints B Capacity Planning Assess machine availability mould condition cycle times and manpower resources in each factory Prepare capacity utilization plan to ensure balanced load across factories Identify bottlenecks and recommend outsourcing or capacity adjustments C Material Coordination Liaise with MM team on raw material procurement status and expected delivery dates Ensure no production schedule is released without material readiness confirmation Monitor inventory of critical moulds adhesives soles and upper materials D Monitoring Control Track daily weekly production progress vs schedule Escalate risks of delays breakdowns or material shortages proactively Reallocate production dynamically in case of bottlenecks F Reporting Communication Issue factory-wise monthly production schedules at least 10 days prior to actual production schedule Prepare weekly production status reports and variance analysis Report mould utilization rates machine downtime and vendor performance G Continuous Improvement Standardize production planning process across 9 factories Implement lean principles to reduce lead times and wastage Recommend automation or advanced planning systems APS to improve efficiency Key Result Areas KRAs Production Plan Adherence - Alignment of execution with demand forecast Capacity Utilization - Productive use of machines moulds and manpower Material Availability Integration - Zero idle time due to missing materials Vendor Alignment - On-time delivery of outsourced uppers components Delivery Reliability - Orders fulfilled on schedule and in full Operational Efficiency - Reduce downtime rework and wastage Qualifications Experience Graduate Diploma in Production Operations or related field 2-5 years of experience in Production Planning Control or manufacturing operations Experience in coordinating between sales and production units Exposure to process improvement efficiency initiatives or operational excellence is preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Work Location In person
