We are looking for a Barista Coffee Beverages Maker to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including various types of Coffees Shakes Mocktails Machas Smoothies Bubble Teas The person should know how to operate a semi-automatic coffee machine Minimum 1-2 years of experience in making drinks serving and order taking is must Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks and food menu making recommendations based on their preferences up-selling special items and taking orders To be successful in this role you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates You should also be able to work in various shifts Ultimately you ll ensure an excellent Drinking Food experience for our guests Responsibilities Should be able to take order properly and do upselling this is the most significant requirement Greet customers as they enter the cafe Give customers menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients and other things Take orders while paying attention to details e g preferences of coffee blend dairy and sugar ratios other food details as requested by clients Prepare beverages by following recipes strictly Serve beverages and prepared food like cookies pastries and muffins and complete menu Receive and process payments cash and credit cards Keep the bar area clean Maintain stock clean mugs and plates Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report if any maintenance is required Comply with health and safety regulations Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items Requirements and skills Previous work experience as a Barista Beverages Maker Mixologist and food preparer server with a min of 1-2 years Hands-on experience with brewing equipment Order taking skill is must Knowledge of sanitation regulations Flexibility to work various shifts Basic math skills Cleaning Ability to gauge customers preferences Excellent communication skills High school diploma relevant training is a plus Helping in promotions by engaging with the Social Media Team for reels and posts We are looking for Day and Night Shift Barista CAFE TIMINGS ARE 10 00 am to 5 30 am LOCATION NSP PITAMPURA Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 23 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
