We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls generating leads providing information about our products services and maintaining strong customer relationships Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide relevant information Maintain customer records in the database with accurate details Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during calls Build and maintain positive relationships with customers Meet daily weekly monthly targets as assigned by the team lead manager Provide feedback to management on customer needs problems and interests Requirements Proven experience as a Telecaller Telesales Representative or similar role preferred freshers can also apply Excellent communication and interpersonal skills fluency in English Hindi Regional language Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated Basic knowledge of MS Office CRM software will be an added advantage High school diploma Graduate or equivalent Job Type Full-time Pay 8 086 00 - 24 728 88 per month Perks Leave encashment Paid time off Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
