Job Title PEB Design Head Department Engineering Design Location Bangalore Reports To Head of Engineering Project Director Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PEB Design Head to lead and manage the design and engineering of pre-engineered building structures The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PEB systems strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of delivering innovative cost-effective and structurally sound solutions Key Responsibilities Design Management Oversee the design and detailing of PEB structures in accordance with applicable codes standards and client requirements Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of design engineers and draftsmen ensuring high performance and technical accuracy Client Coordination Collaborate with clients consultants and internal teams to gather design requirements resolve technical issues and ensure design objectives are met Design Review Conduct detailed checks and reviews of engineering drawings design calculations and fabrication drawings Standardization Develop and implement standardized design practices templates and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency Software Utilization Ensure effective usage of design software like STAAD Pro Revit AutoCAD Tekla etc and evaluate new tools for enhanced productivity Cost Optimization Review and propose cost-effective design solutions without compromising structural integrity or safety Project Coordination Interface with project management and site teams to ensure smooth handover of design deliverables and resolution of on-site technical queries Requirements Education B E B Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering M E M Tech preferred Experience 8-12 years of relevant experience in PEB design with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role Technical Skills Proficient in structural analysis and PEB software STAAD Pro MBS Tekla AutoCAD etc Strong understanding of steel structures connection design wind seismic load calculations Knowledge of international and Indian design codes IS AISC MBMA etc Soft Skills Excellent communication and team leadership Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently Preferred Prior experience with design detailing for industrial sheds warehouses logistic hubs commercial buildings etc Exposure to international PEB projects Apply Email hr tmk mountroof com WhatsApp (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
