Job Title Site Engineer Department Project Execution Site Operations Reporting To Project Manager Project Head Experience 4-8 years in HVAC Cleanroom execution preferably in pharma or clean industries Education B Tech B E - Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Job Summary We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Site Execution Engineer to manage and oversee the execution of HVAC and Cleanroom projects within pharmaceutical environments The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing site activities ensuring compliance with industry standards and pharma regulations and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders The candidate should have overseas experience of executing projects Key Responsibilities Execute and monitor day-to-day site activities for HVAC and cleanroom installations Ensure adherence to design technical specifications and safety standards Coordinate with design procurement and QA QC teams for smooth project execution Supervise installation of AHUs ducting chillers cleanroom panels laminar air flow units and other related equipment Verify material quality and availability on-site ensure correct storage and handling Maintain and manage site documentation such as daily progress reports quality checklists and material records Liaise with subcontractors vendors and consultants to ensure timely project delivery Handle inspections testing commissioning T C validation protocols IQ OQ and handover processes Ensure compliance with GMP norms and regulatory requirements Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to the management Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and cleanroom protocols Understanding of pharma project execution validation and documentation Familiarity with industry standards GMP ISO 14644 ASHRAE etc Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Good communication and team coordination abilities Basic understanding of AutoCAD and MS Office Word Excel Project Preferred Qualifications o Prior experience in HVAC Cleanroom projects in pharmaceutical or biotech facilities Certification in HVAC or cleanroom systems optional but beneficial Knowledge of safety regulations and site compliance procedures Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 660 000 00 - 720 000 00 per year Benefits Provident Fund Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
