Project Role Technology Delivery Lead Project Role Description Manages the delivery of large complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery Proactively support sales through cutting-edge solutions and delivery excellence Must have skills SAP FI CO Finance Good to have skills SAP MM Materials Management SAP Project System PS SAP Sales and Distribution SD Minimum 15 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary As a Technology Delivery Lead you will manage the delivery of large and complex technology projects Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project scope and risk are effectively managed You will drive profitability by overseeing service quality and cost while also supporting sales through innovative solutions and excellence in delivery Roles Responsibilities o Lead end-to-end SAP program delivery encompassing Core SAP modules FI CO MM SD PP SAP Basis and SAP Security o Act as a strategic advisor to clients understanding their business needs and designing tailored SAP solutions o Drive governance risk management and compliance initiatives across SAP landscapes o Oversee Basis operations including system performance tuning transport management and upgrades o Ensure secure user provisioning role-based access control and compliance with regulatory standards e g SoD GDPR SOX o Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure cybersecurity and application development o Lead proposal development client presentations and solutioning for new opportunities o Manage budgets delivery timelines and team utilization for assigned projects o Mentor and grow a high-performing SAP delivery team Additional Information o 12 years of experience in SAP with at least 5 years in a managerial leadership role o Strong functional understanding of Core SAP modules FI CO MM SD PP o Deep expertise in SAP Basis administration system installations upgrades patches backups and performance tuning o Proven experience in SAP Security user management role design SoD GRC and audit compliance o Experience with S 4HANA migrations and SAP cloud platforms is highly desirable o Hands-on experience with integration between SAP and third-party tools o Strong stakeholder management client engagement and communication skills o Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering Computer Science or equivalent o SAP certifications in Basis Security or Core modules preferred o Experience working in global delivery models and Agile DevOps environments o Exposure to SAP GRC SAP Fiori security and cloud-based SAP hosting e g Azure AWS GCP 15 years full time education
