Requirements About Exeevo Exeevo is a global leader in customer relationship management CRM solutions purpose-built for the Life Sciences industry Our AI-powered cloud-based platform unifies sales marketing medical and service functions enabling pharmaceutical biotech and medical device organizations to connect with stakeholders in transformative and cutting-edge ways By leveraging advanced technologies Exeevo empowers Life Sciences companies to redefine how they engage with healthcare professionals patients and other key audiences driving growth and delivering measurable business impact Serving thousands of users across pharmaceutical and medical device companies globally Exeevo has a strong international presence with offices in China India Europe and North America About Team Finance team handling finance function for India US Canada and China Role Summary Responsible for the P L of Business unit end-to-end accounting MIS reporting handling AR and AP Partner with Business to ensure smooth flow of operations Key Responsibilities Month-End and Year-End Close handling the month-end and year-end closing process ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and any discrepancies are resolved efficiently Accruals and Provisions Calculate and record accruals and provisions in line with company policies and accounting standards Revenue Post the Revenue recognition entries monthly Payroll Accounting Vendor invoice accounting and payments Customer Invoicing and collections Regulatory Compliance Handling internal and corporate Audit for the business units assigned Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations Preparation of Financial Statements Lead the preparation and review of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements ensuring timeliness and accuracy Variance Analysis Conduct detailed financial analysis including P L balance sheet and cash flow variances and present insights to senior management Forecasting and Budgeting Lead the preparation and regular review of financial forecasts and budgets providing strategic recommendations based on financial trends and business conditions Complex Reconciliations Perform and review reconciliations of high-value and complex accounts including intercompany accounts and multi-currency transactions Internal Controls Design implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks Closely work with Business team and act as one point of contact for the business unit Required Skills and Experience Must Have 2 - 3 years financial analysis and reporting experience Strong knowledge of accounting and reporting Excel Expertise High proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions like macros lookups and pivot tables Ability to handle large volume of data in Excel ability to think and quickly respond for the ad hoc requests come from business to provide any kind of MIS Good to Have Knowledge of Net suite Education Qualified CA Other Requirements Working conditions Flexible to work on regular and UK shift Participation in client and internal calls outside of normal business hours will be required
