Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Resume Screener Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Indore The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and shortlisting potential candidates to support our recruitment process for various roles across the organization Key Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals Naukri Indeed LinkedIn etc referrals and social media Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on job requirements Coordinate initial rounds telephonic or virtual and shortlist qualified candidates Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Assist in job posting and ensuring visibility across multiple platforms Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand role requirements Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Key Requirements Experience 0 6 - 2 years in recruitment resume screening or talent acquisition Freshers with strong interest in HR may also apply Education Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration or a related field Skills Familiarity with job portals Indeed Naukri LinkedIn Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems ATS preferred Location Must be based in Indore or willing to relocate Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 27 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Language English Preferred Work Location In person
