Job role Project Feasibility Analysis Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for real estate projects including financial modeling market research site analysis and cost-benefit analysis Risk Assessment Evaluate potential risks associated with the project such as financial environmental and regulatory risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation Financial Evaluation Analyze project budgets financing options and cash flow projections to assess the viability and return on investment of each project Market Research Monitor local and global real estate market trends demand drivers and competition to provide valuable insights for project positioning Legal and Regulatory Review Ensure all projects comply with local zoning laws building codes and other regulatory requirements Liaise with legal teams to secure necessary approvals and permits Collaboration with Stakeholders Work closely with internal teams and external partners including architects engineers and contractors to align project objectives and deliver successful outcomes Qualifications and Requirements Educational Background Bachelor s or Master s degree in Real Estate Finance Business Administration Experience 3-5 years of experience in real estate project evaluation financial analysis or related roles Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modelling In-depth understanding of DCPR 2034 and its implications for real estate development in Mumbai Knowledge of financial metrics such as IRR NPV ROI and DCF analysis Analytical Thinking Ability to analyze large amounts of data identify key trends and make data-driven recommendations Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively Attention to Detail Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail in analysis and reporting Job Type Full time Pay From 45 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
