As a Warehouse Associate you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse You will be responsible for receiving storing and shipping products as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring a safe and organized work setting Key Responsibilities Receive and Inspect Shipments Unload and check incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Report any discrepancies or damage Inventory Management Organize and maintain inventory in a systematic manner Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure accuracy Order Fulfillment Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards Ensure timely and accurate order processing Shipping and Receiving Prepare shipping documents label packages and coordinate with shipping carriers Handle returns and process them accordingly Warehouse Maintenance Keep the warehouse clean organized and free of hazards Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of inventory shipments and receipts Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors Qualifications Experience Previous experience in a warehouse On-the-job training will be provided Skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Communication Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment Safety Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols and regulations IT Skills Inventory Management Software Familiarity with systems such as zoho odoo WMS Warehouse Management Systems or similar software for tracking inventory levels managing orders and generating reports Barcode Scanners Proficiency in using handheld or mounted barcode scanners to update inventory and track shipments Basic Computer Skills Ability to use standard office software e g Microsoft Office Google Workspace for reporting communication and data entry Email Communication Competence in using email for internal communication order confirmations and other relevant correspondence Data Entry and Management Experience with entering and managing data in databases or spreadsheets ensuring accuracy and integrity of information Education Graduate Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location In person
