Dr Aravind s IVF Hospital Role Nursing In-charge HR Number 89259 35740 89259 35740 Dr Aravind s IVF Hospital is looking for a skilled and compassionate Nursing In-charge to lead our nursing team The ideal candidate will have robust leadership abilities and a deep understanding of fertility treatments and patient care Key Responsibilities Patient Care and Clinical Duties Oversee daily patient care activities in the IVF unit Ensure all nursing procedures and protocols are followed correctly Assist doctors with fertility treatments including egg retrievals and embryo transfers Educate patients and their families about treatment plans medications and aftercare Maintain accurate and confidential patient records Leadership and Management Supervise train and mentor the nursing staff Develop and manage nursing schedules to ensure adequate coverage Conduct regular performance evaluations for the nursing team Ensure the unit meets all quality and safety standards Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment Communication and Collaboration Act as the primary point of contact between nursing staff doctors and hospital administration Address and resolve any patient or staff issues promptly Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hospital operations Qualifications A Bachelor of Science in Nursing B SC Nursing or a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery GNM A valid nursing license Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferably in a hospital or fertility clinic Strong knowledge of IVF procedures and reproductive health Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund
