Location Bellandur Bangalore Job Type Full time Part-time Target Group Children with special needs e g Autism ADHD Speech Delay Cerebral Palsy etc We are looking for a passionate and experienced Speech Therapist to work with special needs children in our child development center located in Bellandur Bangalore The therapist will be responsible for assessing diagnosing and providing individualized therapy plans to help children improve their communication speech language and swallowing abilities Key Responsibilities Assess and diagnose speech language communication and swallowing disorders in children Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on each child s specific needs Conduct one-on-one or group therapy sessions Collaborate with occupational therapists special educators and psychologists Maintain progress records and prepare regular reports for parents and school teams Educate and train parents or caregivers to support the therapy at home Participate in case discussions IEP meetings and parent feedback sessions Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology BASLP MASLP RCI Certification preferred Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with developmental or neurological disorders Excellent communication skills and empathy Fluency in English and Kannada Hindi is a plus Job Types Full-time Part-time Pay 14 753 68 - 54 627 52 per month Work Location In person
