Role & responsibilities

- Execute and maintain training plans to ensure effective completion of the learning program
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and cross-functional teams to enable seamless service delivery
- Create content relevant to employee learning
- Adhere to processes, identify and highlight deviations or the need to realign processes real-time
- Maintain all the data for their training deliveries
- Develop, maintain, and promote great relationships and high levels of engagement with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain a culture of continuous learning, and improvement and strive to move the teams services up the value chain
- Maintain and enhance core skills
- Intervene to conduct Root Cause Analysis & and implement Corrective and Preventive actions for any process deviation,



or delivery misses for deliveries

- Flexible, creative, solutions-focused
- Good time and priority management
- Experience creating and managing product content
- Experience with transferring knowledge in a professional environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with ambiguity and minimum oversight, and generate impact
- Has a global mindset and has worked with stakeholders from across the world
- Intermediate language skills (apart from English) in any language outside of India, are a plus)
