8+ years of techno-functional experience in demand planning in pharma manufacturing or related industries.

- Hands-on experience in configuring and managing Oracle Demantra or a similar application.
- Proven experience in implementing end-to-end projects involving Oracle Demantra or a similar application.
- Agile Methodology using Jira, creating Epics, and writing Jira Stories.
- Proficient in Oracle Demantra.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to supply chain planning in pharma domain.
- Experience in managing complex changes to enterprise systems.
- Experience working on a project with onshore and offshore team collaboration including onshore
- Proven success in a quick-paced agile project where requirements are documented as user stories that include sufficient detail for developers to work independently
- Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers and the project team.
- Preferred: Strong technical skills on SQL and analytical applications
