We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and generating leads to help achieve our sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Provide information about products and services to customers and address their queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls made and sales generated.
- Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Robust listening skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
