- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring IT engineers and guiding technical teams.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing high-availability network solutions in manufacturing or similar environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Active Directory architecture, deployment, and administration.
- Extensive experience in Linux server administration, including security patching, backup strategies, and performance optimization.
- Expertise in database management, including SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle, with a focus on performance monitoring and security.
- Robust operational support background in resolving technical issues across networks, servers, and databases.
- Successful track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Project management proficiency,
