Roles & Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into test cases and scenarios.
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, UI, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects in a test management tool.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and SME to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with QA standards, best practices, and testing methodologies.
- Participate in test planning, effort estimation, and risk assessment.
- Work closely with automation teams to identify areas for test automation.
- Provide detailed test reports and defect metrics to stakeholders.

Years of Experience:

- The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional experience

Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional):

- bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or related field.





Must have:

- 8+ years of experience in manual testing of web, mobile, or enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
- Experience in testing methodologies such as functional, regression, system, and UI testing.
- Hands-on experience with test case management tools (eg, JIRA, TestRail, ALM).
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools and test reporting.
- Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of SQL queries for database validation.
- Basic understanding of API testing using tools like Postman (preferred).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills. Manage all projects according to agreed timelines and report on progress.
