Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging soft skills training programs for diverse audiences.
- Assess training needs and tailor programs to meet specific learner requirements.
- Facilitate workshops on communication,
teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make improvements where necessary.
- Create training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to participants as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills training and development.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in soft skills training or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid presentation and facilitation abilities.
- Proficiency in designing training materials and curricula.
- Ability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and coaching techniques.
- A degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
