Role Overview:

Plan, design, develop, verify, and maintain automated and manual test suites.

Responsible for testing performance, load, scalability / capacity, networks and infrastructure.

Hands-on experience in setting up OS in virtual environments like VM-Workstation, ESX server, Hyper-V, KVM

About the Role:

- Plan, develop, execute, monitor, improve, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
- Identify, document defects and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Hands-on experience in setting up test Infrastructure in virtual environments like VMware ESXi server, Hyper-V, KVM, Nutanix and OpenShift.
- Works with product development teams throughout the product development life cycle to ensure software quality requirements and goals are established and met.
- Increase product automated test coverage and improve the release quality across multiple test environments.
- Lead troubleshooting of issues in QA environment

About You:

- Experience: 5 - 8 years experience in Functional QA testing, particularly with products interfacing with networking and security solutions.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Cloud Platforms:



Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Automation: Experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks across CLI, UI, REST, API interfaces
- CI/CD: Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, GitHub is a must.
- Network Protocols: Experience of testing network protocols like TCPIP, UDP, HTTP, FTP, SNMP, ICMP is a big plus
- Knowledge of Linux and Shell Scripting is highly desirable.
- Exposure to Virtual environments such as VM-Workstation, ESX server, Hyper-V , KVM
- Testing Methodologies: Knowledge of various testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and performance testing
- Any exposure to Test Complete will be a plus.
