- Team Management:
- Lead and manage the in-house team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the site.
- Allocate tasks and resources effectively to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
- Operations Oversight:
- Ensure the site's operations are running efficiently, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and resource management to maintain productivity.
- Client/Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
- Coordinate with other departments to address operational requirements and challenges.
- Quality Control & Compliance:




- Ensure all site operations comply with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor quality control processes to guarantee service delivery excellence.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of site operations, performance metrics, and client interactions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to upper management regarding site activities and performance.
- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
- Address any operational issues that arise and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure minimal disruption to operations through proactive planning and quick responses to challenges.
