Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with senior leadership teams to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and leadership effectiveness.
- Identify and address key talent needs, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
Employee Relations & Performance Management:
- Lead the resolution of employee relations issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Support leadership in managing high-performance teams by providing coaching on leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance management.
Change Management & Organizational Development:
- Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of growth, restructuring, or organizational change.
- Collaborate with leaders to design and implement organizational development programs that foster continuous learning and development.
Talent Management & Development:
- Ensure effective implementation of talent management strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to identify skill gaps and create programs to address developmental needs across the organization.

- Analyze HR data and key performance metrics to provide insights and drive informed decision-making.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of HR initiatives, including employee engagement, retention, and performance metrics.

Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Monitor and manage risk related to employee relations, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
- Experience: 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3-4 years in a strategic HRBP role, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in logistics industry, with a solid understanding of industry trends and challenges.
- Skills:
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and influence leadership decisions.
- Expertise in talent management, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
