Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of web developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Oversee the development of web-based applications using ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, C# and VB.NET.
- Ensure the use of best practices and the latest technologies, including .NET Framework 4.7 and above, JavaScript, MVC, JQuery, and more.
- Design and implement robust database solutions, leveraging SQL Server 2016 and above.
- Manage source control using GIT and ensure code quality and consistency.
- Develop and integrate Web Services, Web APIs, and apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Utilize HTML5, CSS, XML, and XSLT to create responsive and high-performance web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.





Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing web-based applications using ASP.NET and C#.
- Proficiency in .NET Framework 4.7 and above.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, MVC, JQuery, and other up-to-date web technologies.
- Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts and hands-on experience with SQL Server 2016 and above.
- Familiarity with source control systems like GIT.
- Expertise in Web Services, Web API, and OOP principles.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS, XML, XSLT, React JS, Node JS, and Angular.
- Experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, FHIR APIs, or HL7 is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to guide and inspire a team.
