Job Title General Manager - Finance Position Summary The General Manager - Finance will be a key member of the leadership team responsible for managing the company s financial health and driving strategic financial initiatives The role includes overseeing accounting operations financial reporting budgeting risk management compliance and supporting overall business growth particularly in a manufacturing or engineering-focused environment Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Planning Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives Budgeting Forecasting Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles with detailed performance tracking and variance analysis Financial Reporting Prepare and present accurate financial reports to executive leadership and stakeholders Accounting Oversight Manage accounting operations including GL AR AP and cost accounting Treasury Cash Management Maintain optimal liquidity manage banking relationships and oversee cash flow Compliance Risk Management Ensure adherence to accounting standards GAAP IFRS tax regulations and internal controls Internal Controls Audits Strengthen internal financial controls and manage both internal and external audits Team Leadership Lead mentor and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team Cross-functional Collaboration Support other departments engineering operations sales with financial insights and strategic input Funding Investment Evaluate funding options and oversee investment strategies to support growth Qualifications MBA Finance having minimum 8 years of experience Professional certification CPA CA CMA CFA preferred 10-12 years of relevant experience including leadership roles in finance within manufacturing or engineering sectors In-depth knowledge of financial management corporate finance and accounting principles Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills Proven team leadership and mentoring capabilities Desired Skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving business environment Familiarity with international financial regulations and cross-border operations if applicable Understanding of cutting-edge financing structures and capital sourcing Strong commercial acumen and strategic business thinking Job Type Full-time Pay 553 651 89 - 2 085 473 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden) Expected Start Date 18 08 2025
