About the Role At Eduport mentorship is a core part of how we support our students beyond academics Our mentors guide motivate track student progress provide detailed reports and help each learner focus on the right areas We are now looking for a Mentorship Trainer - someone who will train equip and onboard new student mentors to maintain and elevate the quality of mentorship across Eduport campuses and platforms Key Responsibilities Conduct structured training programs for new joining student mentors Ensure all mentors are aligned with Eduport s mentorship philosophy approach and communication style Train mentors on how to track student progress prepare meaningful reports and guide students with empathy and clarity Provide role-play sessions case-based discussions and mock mentorship scenarios Continuously improve training content based on feedback and mentorship quality observations Conduct periodic refresher training and performance reviews of existing mentors if needed Requirements 2-4 years of experience in mentorship student guidance teaching or training roles Strong understanding of student psychology motivation techniques and personalized support approaches Experience in conducting training sessions preferably in an educational or ed-tech setup Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized empathetic and passionate about student growth and mentor development Preferred Not Mandatory Prior experience as a mentor or mentorship coordinator Exposure to academic tracking systems student feedback analysis or behavioral reporting Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 9 783 68 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Kozhikode Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Mentoring 2 years Required Language English Preferred Work Location In person
