Mahodadhi Homes Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations ensure quality standards and coordinate with engineers contractors and vendors for timely project execution The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential or commercial construction projects and strong leadership skills Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage construction activities at the project site Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings specifications and safety norms Coordinate with project engineers architects contractors and laborers Monitor daily progress and prepare work schedules Maintain material inventory and ensure proper usage on site Ensure site safety and compliance with legal and regulatory standards Resolve in office technical issues and escalate major concerns to the project manager Verify measurements and quality of executed work Maintain site records including labor attendance material receipts and daily progress reports Requirements Education Diploma or Bachelor s in Civil Engineering or related field Experience 1-4 years in site supervision residential commercial projects preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 22 500 78 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift
