Job Title Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Location Hyderabad Company Healomex Bioscience Pvt Ltd Industry Medical Device Manufacturing We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with over 5 years of experience in mechanical product design especially in plastic part development and injection molding The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and manufacturable mechanical designs for medical devices supporting the product development lifecycle from concept to production Key Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for medical devices using AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools Create and manage detailed 2D drawings 3D CAD models and STEP files for prototyping and production Design plastic parts optimized for injection molding considering DFM Design for Manufacturability and material selection Develop and review mold mould designs collaborating with tooling vendors and manufacturers Participate in product design reviews tolerance analysis and BOM creation Support cross-functional teams including firmware hardware and QA during the product development process Coordinate with suppliers for design feasibility prototyping and production tooling Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards Requirements Education B E B Tech M Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Experience Minimum 5 years in mechanical design with a focus on plastic components and injection molding Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D CAD software e g SolidWorks Creo or similar Strong understanding of injection molding processes mold design principles and plastic material properties Hands-on experience in 2D 3D modeling STEP file generation and technical drawing standards Knowledge of GD T tolerancing and DFM DFT practices Experience in collaborating with tooling vendors and handling design iterations Familiarity with mechanical design considerations for medical devices is an advantage Preferred Prior experience in medical device product development or regulated industries e g ISO 13485 FDA Exposure to product lifecycle management PLM tools Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for design precision Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
