We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Supervisor with a robust background in plastic manufacturing to oversee daily operations in our injection moulding department The ideal candidate should hold a CPET Certified Production and Inventory Technician diploma and possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with injection moulding machines Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team members in the injection moulding area Ensure production targets quality standards and deadlines are met Set up operate and troubleshoot injection moulding machines as needed Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance Maintain compliance with safety health and environmental regulations Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to resolve production issues Train and mentor operators and junior staff on machine handling and production protocols Maintain accurate production records and reports Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime Qualifications CPET diploma or equivalent technical certification Minimum of 5 years experience in a plastic manufacturing environment Strong expertise in injection moulding machine setup operation and maintenance Proven leadership and team management skills Solid understanding of production planning and quality control principles Ability to troubleshoot machinery and resolve technical issues efficiently Familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S practices is a plus Good communication and organizational skills Job Type Full-time Application Question s Are you ready to relocate UAE Experience production supervisor in injection moulding 4 years Required Work Location In person
