Applicants MUST:
- Currently be based in India
- Be comfortable working on a freelance/contract basis
- Have a minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on User Research / UX Research experience
- Have extensive hands-on experience running moderated and unmoderated tests on UserTesting.com (or a similar platform)
- Have excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to moderate live sessions and present to international clients
- Be comfortable working autonomously and driving the research process with minimal oversight

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled, highly autonomous
Mid-Level User Researcher
to join our growing CX team on a freelance basis. In this hands-on role, you will be the driving force behind our user testing and research initiatives, acting as the resident expert in platforms like UserTesting.com.
While you will have high-level guidance and support from a Lead Strategist and Project Manager, you will be expected to own and run the end-to-end research cycle. From collaborating directly with clients to define research goals, to launching tests, synthesizing data, and confidently presenting polished decks.
You must be comfortable working solo and driving the process forward.
