Education: Any Graduate - IATA qualified (added advantage)
Job Description:
- Responsible for dealing with customers on calls for Air bookings.
- Convert an inquiry call into sales call for upselling of Air & Land products.
- Provide with the best possible route for customers destination & competitive fares available in the market.
- Knowledge of GDS is must.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- IATA Freshers OR 1- 2 yrs of experience in booking Reservations on CRS Amadeus &Sabre.;
- Excellent communication & good customer service and sales skills.
- Good team player & Target Oriented.
- Open to work in UK shift.
