About the Role

Shivansh OutSourcing is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior US Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in US IT staffing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the recruitment process from sourcing through placement.

The recruiter will work closely with account managers, and candidates to identify qualified talent, manage the recruiting pipeline, and successfully close positions.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and placement.

· Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.

· Review resumes and assesses candidates based on job requirements, technical skills,



experience, location, work authorization, and availability.

· Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' technical background, communication skills, and overall fit.

· Work on multiple IT requirements simultaneously and prioritize positions based on urgency and client needs.

· Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, account managers, and clients.

· Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

· Negotiate rates, understand candidate expectations, and assist with offer closures.

· Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in the ATS/CRM.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.

· Follow up consistently with candidates to minimize interview drop-offs, offer declines, and no-shows.

· Work closely with the recruiting team
