To understand the technical specification of various components of each and every product and asses its impact on the same.

To create internal control process for technical guidance of Technical team, Sales team, Marketing team and finance team

To ensure that the companies policies are followed by all your team members

To highlight and escalate the inter department issues impacting the growth of the business , on priority basis.

To provide the work plan on monthly basis to the management

To create the monthly performance report for BRM

To provide technical training to the sales and marketing team on need basis

To build individual set of installation team at various location of the states were ever the company ventures into

To ensure that the team provided the deliverables on timely basis

Desired Candidate

Should be a Graduate / Diploma in ECE or EEE with aggregate 80% and above,



and well reputed institute / university

Should have hands of experience in Solar power plant (On grid / Off grid) installation in MW s

Candidate should have Suryamitra (solar PV panels ) training and course completed certificate Mandatory

Willing to travel across the state

Should have robust experience in technical and product variations specifications

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 120,000.00 to 350,000.00 /year

High school or equivalent
