Responsibilities:

§ Drafting of legal agreements/documents for startup as well as for established business

§ Providing advice on legal matter

§ Review and vetting legal agreements/documents

§ Monitoring implementation of the legal clauses.

§ Conducting legal analysis and researching case studies

§ Providing advice on Intellectual Property Rights & Matters

§ Advising LW clients on getting mandatory documents (Legal)

§ Help building the Legal documents library on our portal

§ Require to work closely with team of Business Advisor

Requirements:

§ Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in to Legal drafting

§ Bachelor’s degree in Law

§ Experience in Law field

§ Solid analytical and research skills

§ Strong in drafting legal Agreements

§ Candidate from legal start - up or Firm worked for start – up will be given priority

§ Effective interpersonal and communication skills

§ Ability to work well within a team and individually

§ Ability work long hours when needed.
