We are seeking a Lead / Senior AWS Connect Engineer with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice to design, build, and maintain complex system integrations across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AWS cloud services and contact center technologies to develop scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions that connect Amazon Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities




- Design and implement integrations between Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud (SCV), Verint, Cerner, Marketing Cloud, and other systems using APIs, SDKs, and AWS services
- Development of custom solutions to synchronize and transfer data between systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity
- Configuration and maintenance of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, SNS, and DynamoDB to support integration workflows
- Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to improve system reliability and efficiency
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, business analysts, and system administrators to define integration requirements
