Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards in the iron & steel sector.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to manage employee relations, welfare, and performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop policies and procedures for statutory compliance, including contract labor management.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement in HR operations and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
Job Requirements :
- 13-22 years of experience in human resources or a related field, preferably in the iron & steel industry.
- Solid knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the iron & steel sector.
- Proven track record of ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and maintaining accurate records.
