Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.
- 5-15 years of experience in product development and R&D.;
- Candidate currently working in Automotive / Consumer Electronics R&D; Team / Engineer shall be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Circuit Design & Simulation
- Design analog and digital electronic circuits for consumer electronics and automotive LED lighting systems. Should be able make schematics of circuit independently. Selection components based on performance, cost, and availability.
- LED Lighting Product Development & & Testing
- Able to Design LED drivers (buck/boost, constant current) Independently - Optimize thermal design and light performance (CCT, Lumen, lux), Electronics Components selection.
- Develop prototypes and conduct validation testing.
- Person should visit the customer requirement, accordingly make prototype Sample and Validate the sample provide Costing, Lead time ,



SOP etc 3. PCB Design
- Create PCB layouts as per circuit diagram and able to make GERBER.
- Ensure EMI/EMC-compliant routing and optimal component placement.
- Embedded System Integration
- Interface sensors like PIR, microwave, LDR, IR with micro-controllers
- Program MCUs for sensor-based LED control.
- Testing & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with BIS, CE, RoHS, ISO 16750, and Coordinate with NABL labs for testing like Surge, ESD, EMI/EMC.
- Documentation & BOM Control
- Maintain schematics, layouts, test reports, MOM, and BOM records.
