- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave records, and support payroll inputs.
- Coordinate employee confirmation and probation reviews.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMIS data.
- Support employee grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
