Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented CA Fresher or CA Inter candidate to manage day-to-day project accounting, tax compliance, RERA reporting, and financial statements for our ongoing real estate projects in the Mumbai Suburban region. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of GST in real estate, TDS on property transactions, contractor bill processing, and bank/lender reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Real Estate Project Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Oversee day-to-day project accounting entries (sales bookings, customer collections, contractor/vendor payouts, and site expenses).




- Process contractor running account (RA) bills, verifying work certified, retentions, TDS deductions, and GST input tax credit (ITC) calculations.
- Perform monthly Bank Reconciliations (BRS) for project-specific ESCROW and RERA accounts.

2. Tax Compliance & Statutory Filings
- Ensure compliance with Direct Taxes: TDS calculations, payment generation, quarterly TDS returns (Form 26Q / 27Q), and TDS under Section 194-IA (property purchase).
- Handle Indirect Taxes (GST): Ensure accurate GST calculation on real estate sales (affordable vs. non-affordable rates), reverse charge mechanism (RCM) on construction materials/services, and timely filing of GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B.
- Assist in preparing computation of income, tax audit files, and corporate tax returns.

3. RERA Compliance & Financial MIS
- Assist in preparing quarterly RERA progress reports and financial updates on the MahaRERA portal.
