Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns to increase patient footfall, strengthen the hospital's online presence, promote doctors and specialty services, and generate leads through digital channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

· Manage hospital website and ensure regular content updates.

· Plan and execute SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.

· Monitor and optimize online advertising budgets and campaign performance.

· Improve hospital visibility in local search results.

Social Media Management

· Create and publish engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.

· Promote health awareness campaigns, medical camps, and hospital events.

· Manage patient engagement and respond to online queries.

Content Creation

· Develop healthcare-related content including blogs, articles, videos, reels, and patient education materials.





· Coordinate with doctors for health tips, success stories, and awareness campaigns.

· Ensure all content complies with healthcare advertising guidelines.

Lead Generation & Patient Acquisition

· Generate leads for specialty departments such as Cardiology, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Oncology, and IVF.

· Track enquiry-to-appointment conversion rates.

· Coordinate with front office and call center teams for lead follow-up.

Online Reputation Management

· Monitor Google Reviews and healthcare listing platforms.

· Encourage patient feedback and improve online ratings.

· Address negative reviews professionally.

Analytics & Reporting

· Track website traffic, campaign performance, leads, and ROI.

· Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.

· Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights for decision-making.

Community & Local Marketing Support

· Promote health camps, corporate tie-ups
