Excellent drafting and communication skills - Able to draft various suits, complaints, written statements, legal notices, IAs, Affidavits, Misc. Petitions and able to make appearances before various judicial-quasi judicial forums, and police stations.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple matters and the ability to resolve the same with defined regulatory timelines.
Valuable understanding of Contract Act 1872, Transfer of Property Act 1882, Code of Civil Procedure Code 1908, Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1956, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Act 2016, Intellectual Property Rights Laws and Practices.
Coordinating with internal teams for solutions of the matters and to come up with efficient solutions. Interaction with impaneled advocates and consultants about the current status of the matters and also advise them on legal proceedings and the next course of action. Preparation of monthly MIS and upgradation of case data in MIS on a daily basis.
Analytical ability-Able to analyze laws and apply the same for practical use. Ability to evaluate and weigh all legal aspects and/or situations and be able to provide sound solutions with the ultimate aim of protecting the legal rights of the organizations.
